5.6.3 Advancement to Area Manager

• Any Manager who fulfills the following requirements will be advanced M M First C

Manager who fulfills the requirements of 1) and 2) above will advance
to Area Manager on the following day.
5.6.4 Commission for Area Manager
• Organization Bonus of Area Manager:
- 25% on all the organization volume achieved by himself or herself or C
his or her Organization Consultants in the particular month. Organization

If a Manager in the Area Manager’s organization developed another 25%
Manager and is entitled to Leadership Bonus, such Leadership Bonus
shall be deducted from the Area Manager’s Organization Bonus. M M

• Leadership Bonus of Area Manager:
- 5% of First Generation AM Group Volume in the particular month C Organization
- 2% of Second Generation AM Group Volume in the particular month Bonus
- 1% of Third Generation AM Group Volume in the particular month 15%
- 0.5% of Fourth Generation AM Group Volume in the particular month
- 0.5% of Fifth Generation AM Group Volume in the particular month First Generation

• Entitlement for Payout of Leadership Bonus:
Second Generation
1) An Area Manager will be entitled for the Leadership Bonus during VOLUME 2%

(5) months. From the 7 month onwards, he or she has to achieve a Third Generation Leadership Bonus

Group Volume of 6,925 for a period of six (6) months (excluding VOLUME 1%
International Total Volume) to be entitled for the Leadership Bonus.
If the Area Manager fails to fulfill the abovementioned requirement, Fourth Generation

his or her Sponsor (Area Manager or Area Manager Plus or Area VOLUME 0.5%
General Manager) who has met such requirement will be entitled to

2) An Area Manager who has achieved the AM Group Volume of 6,925 VOLUME
in any of the Nefful International business premises in Taiwan, the
United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore who concurrently
has sales volume in any one of the other four countries will be
entitled to Leadership Bonus in that country.
