Compensation Plan for Independent Distributor

5.6.9 Commission for Area General Manager
• Organization Bonus of Area General Manager：
- 30% on all the Organization Volume achieved by himself or herself or
his or her direct downline Consultants in the particular month. C
- 20% of downline “M Group Volume” in the particular month. AGM Organization

• Entitlement for Payout of Leadership Bonus： Second Generation
1) An Area General Manager will be entitled to Leadership Bonus VOLUME 2%

during the month of his or her title advancement and the
subsequent five (5) months. From the 7th month onwards, he or she Third Generation Leadership Bonus

has to achieve a Group Volume of 20,000 for a period of six (6) VOLUME
months (excluding International Total Volume) to be entitled to the
Leadership Bonus. If the Area General Manager fails to fulfill the GROUP Fourth Generation

Area Manager Plus or Area General Manager) who has met such

2) An Area General Manager who has achieved the Group Volume of
20,000 in any of the Nefful International business premises in
Taiwan, the United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore who
concurrently has sales volume in any one of the other four
countries will be entitled to Leadership Bonus in that country. AGM
