          Finding a New Direction in Life Through a Health Crisis



          ˜֔݊ɓࡈ਄ੰٙϋჀɛ™!                                       time, I witnessed significant historical events, but my body started showing
                                                              troubling signs. A poor diet, lack of sleep, and constant stress made existing
                                                              health problems worse, leading to a crisis. At just 26 years old, I faced the
